Air conditioning worked perfectly (crucial in Belize), and I appreciated having enough space to actually unpack and settle in rather than living out of a suitcase. Breakfast was surprisingly solid — they offer continental, vegetarian, and American options, plus they’ll pack something to go if you’re heading out early for diving or fishing. The continental spread had fresh fruit that actually tasted like it was picked recently, not shipped from who knows where. Free parking might not sound exciting, but trust me, it’s a huge relief in San Pedro where finding a spot can be a real headache. These practical touches make a genuine difference when you’re trying to enjoy your vacation and maximize your time exploring.

  We loved our stay at Sunbreeze. The location was perfect for us, easy to walk to all the different restaurants and along the beach. Staff were helpful with booking snorkeling trips and golf cart rental for a day. Staff went above and beyond keeping the property clean.

  Location is in town and pretty free of noise. There was not much sea grass as a lot of the east facing beaches have. The dive boats picked us up at our dock in front. Everyone there was helpful. The property is well kept, except the pool will need resurfacing soon, but that is so minor. The staff were always helpful and fast. We were diving so we wanted to use a wash bin and it was out of order. So they got someone out and set it up for us same day. There are so many places walking distance to eat, shop, whatever. And I did not expect full kitchens, which we had.
